Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as when you received it
  • Unused and in original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Included with all original tags, accessories, and documentation

Important Note: Non-Returnable Items

Due to the specialized nature of certain products and regulatory requirements, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Automatic Knives (including Boker Automatic and California Legal Automatics) – due to strict regulatory compliance requirements
  • Any knife that shows signs of use, sharpening, or modification
  • Items purchased as part of limited edition or special order collections

We carefully inspect all returned items to ensure they meet our return criteria.

The Return & Exchange Process

Submit Your Return Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your return or exchange request. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.

Receive Return Authorization

After reviewing your request, we will email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions for shipping your item back to us. Do not ship items without this authorization as we cannot process unauthorized returns.

Package and Ship Your Return

Carefully package the item in its original packaging, include all accessories and documentation, and clearly mark the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package. Ship to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt until your return is processed.

Inspection and Processing

Once we receive your return, our quality team will inspect the item (typically within 3-5 business days). We will notify you via email about the status of your return and whether it has been approved.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refund Processing

Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days after processing, depending on your bank
  • PayPal: Refunds are usually processed within 3-5 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost for the replacement item.

Exchange Processing

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested exchange item is not available, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or process a refund. Exchange items are shipped using our standard shipping methods (DHL, FedEx, or EMS for international orders).

Damaged or Defective Items
